What will your mission be, and what are the key responsibilities?


Managing and developing the customer portfolio in the European market, with a special focus on berry commercialization, ensuring revenue growth, customer loyalty, and compliance with the company's commercial objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Engaging with existing clients and prospecting new ones to open new customer accounts, primarily targeting end clients and/or supermarket chains and distribution platforms, building trust-based relationships, and presenting strong arguments about the company, product, and service to create long-term loyalty.
  • Closing commercial agreements and programs in line with different production periods throughout the year, established market strategies, and departmental objectives.
  • Negotiating prices and quantities for commercial programs and proactively monitoring them to optimally achieve company goals.
  • Managing incidents and maintaining continuous contact with clients and internal departments, such as Quality or Logistics, to ensure proper evaluation, communication, and/or resolution of potential issues, applying continuous improvement criteria when necessary.


Requisitos

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, Agronomy, or a related field.
  • Additional training in sales, international trade, or B2B customer management (preferred).
  • Three years of experience as a sales representative, preferably in strawberry sales.
  • Previous experience in the fruit import-export sector and international client management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the European market and key distribution channels.
  • English proficiency at C2 level (mandatory).
  • Dutch proficiency at B2-C1 level (preferred).
  • Spanish proficiency at B2-C1 level (preferred).
  • Proficiency in advanced office tools (Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
